Pentart Pigment Fix is a medium used to decorate surfaces with Pentart Metal Pigment powders.
Add the Pigment Fix to the Metal Pigment powder and mix until reaching the desired consistency. Take care to only mix as much as you need and use it immediately.
Depending on the consistency, the pigment mixture can be used as a paste or a paint and is perfect to use for highlighting.
