How Does Paint Couture Crackle Work?

Apply Couture Size to the area you want to crackle and allow it to set up and become tacky.

Step 2 – Couture Crackle

Apply Couture Crackle over the tacky Size layer. As it dries, the product naturally develops a beautiful crackled effect.
