Iron Orchid Designs - Emblems Mini Stamp Set

IOD Emblems Mini Stamp Set

Create ornate frames and personalised labels with the Emblems Mini Stamp Set from Iron Orchid Designs. Inspired by vintage bookplates and archival prints dating back as early as 1542, this collection brings a library-inspired character to journaling, mixed media and handmade home décor.

Classic rectangles, squares and banners sit alongside detailed decorative motifs, giving you ways to frame a name, label a keepsake or finish a journal cover. Pair with the IOD Insignia Mini Stamp Set to create your own lettering compositions.

Ideas for your next project

• Create personalised bookplates and decorative journal covers.
• Frame names and initials using lettering from IOD Insignia.
• Add vintage-style labels to keepsake boxes and handmade gifts.
• Build layered ephemera for junk journals and mixed media art.
• Create framed paper compositions for your wall.
• Press the designs into IOD Air Dry Clay for embossed craft details.

Using your IOD stamps

Use with IOD Decor Inks. An IOD Flexible Grid Mount Sheet can support positioning your frames and lettering on flat projects, while the stamps can be used without their backing on curved or irregular surfaces. Test your arrangement on scrap paper before stamping your finished piece.

Preparing your stamps

Condition before first use for a cleaner impression. Remove the protective acrylic sheet from the stamping side, leaving the stamps on their backing sheet. Gently scuff the stamping surface with fine-grit sandpaper in one direction, then turn through 90 degrees and repeat.
