IOD Bohemia Decor Stamp
Create flowing decorative details with the Bohemia Decor Stamp from Iron Orchid Designs. Featuring swirls and flowers, this retired design offers individual motifs that can be arranged into repeating block patterns or used as decorative edge details for furniture upcycling, handmade home décor and papercrafts.
Imagine a painted drawer edged with curling swirls, a keepsake box framed by flowers or a decorative panel covered in your own repeating pattern. Use a single design for a small accent, or combine and repeat the motifs to suit the shape of your project.
Ideas for your next project
- Build repeating block patterns across painted furniture and decorative panels.
- Add floral and swirl borders along drawer fronts and box edges.
- Frame handmade wall art with decorative stamped details.
- Create patterned backgrounds for journal covers, cards and mixed media artwork.
- Use individual flowers and swirls as accents on gift tags and keepsake projects.
- Press the designs into IOD Air Dry Clay for embossed craft details.
Using your IOD stamps
Use with IOD Decor Inks. An IOD Flexible Grid Mount Sheet can support positioning on flat projects, while the stamps can be used without their backing on curved or irregular surfaces. Practise spacing and aligning your repeating patterns on scrap material before stamping your finished piece.
Preparing your stamps
Condition before first use for a cleaner impression. Remove the protective acrylic sheet from the stamping side, leaving the stamps on their backing sheet. Gently scuff the stamping surface with fine-grit sandpaper in one direction, then turn through 90 degrees and repeat.

I'm thrilled with my purchase of the IOD Bohemia stamp, it arrived in a couple of days and was very well packaged. The icing on the cake was to receive a little sample of an IOD Paint Inlay along with a cutout shape to try it on and instructions- I've wanted to try these inlays, but not having seen them/the scale/result anywhere other than online, was reluctant to purchase. Now I can have a go myself! Thank you, great customer service and I'll be buying from you again for sure.
Always excellent, speedy service and quality items! Will purchase again in the future.
