Seal your project with a water based sealer before application. Remove the IOD Decor Transfer from its backing and place in position - you can use pieces of low tack tape to hold it in place. Using the plastic tool provided rub the image to stick it to the surface. If any parts haven't stuck simply place the transfer back into position and rub again. You can use your hand, a lint free cloth or the transfer's backing paper to burnish the transfer after application to ensure it is firmly stuck in place.
